GA technologies, the Tokyo real estate tech company behind RENOSY, bought RW OpCo, which owns Renters Warehouse, a rental property manager and investment property marketplace founded in 2007 with 41 offices across the US. The price was about ¥1.66 billion. RW OpCo had about ¥4.1 billion in sales and was losing money.
Why it matters
It was GA technologies' entry into US property management, a large market of individual landlords. In 2026 it renamed the business "RENOSY by Renters Warehouse."
A lender-led sale
The seller was Renters Warehouse's senior lender, St. Cloud Capital, which sold the business's assets under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, the US rules that let a secured lender sell pledged assets. GA technologies' bid was the highest for substantially all of the assets. SSG Capital Advisors advised St. Cloud.
Since the deal
Renters Warehouse is based near Minneapolis and serves individual and institutional property investors from 31 locations in 18 states. GA technologies said the US business has been profitable every quarter since the year to October 2025 and called it the group's third pillar of profit.
